A very delicious recipe with the unique Miran sausage along with a special Grevena mushroom pilaf

materials
1 package of Grevena Mushroom Pilaf
1 package Miran spicy sausages
Kefalotyri Goat's Choice Miran
Miran's choice of Syros capers
Mixture from Ceramic Grinder Lemon Turmeric
Spice "Bachtses"
1 glass of MOSCHOSTAFYLOS White Wine
Fresh spring onion
Preparation
We have prepared hot water in which we have dissolved 1 tbsp. Spice "Bachtses"
In a deep pan, sauté the spring onion and add the spicy Miran sausages in slices.
Once they are golden brown, add the Grevena Mushroom Pilaf and sauté over medium heat.
We add Miran Syro Capers of choice
We extinguish with the MOSCHOSTAFYLOS White wine.
Let the alcohol evaporate and add a mixture of Lemon Turmeric Ceramic Grinder
Then lower the heat and add hot water with "Bachtses" Spice.
Close the lid and boil until our pilaf becomes grainy.
Serve with a little chopped spring onion and grated Kefalotyri Goat Cheese of Miran's choice
