Traditional Miran beef sausages are the newest products added to our traditional range of products. They are made from fine beef and, together with herbs and spices, they mature in a natural way to bring out their special taste and aroma at the end!!! You will find them in 3 different flavors, oregano with wild oregano from Agrafa mountain, spicy with fine red pepper and nature salt from Mesologi, stuffed with Syros cheese "San Michalis"...

Smoked Buffalo Sausages
Smoked Buffalo Sausages. Boras' smoked buffalo sausages are made with fine buffalo and pork meat from the farm in the Kerkini area and with a traditional recipe that retains all the aroma and flavor of the herbs of the Greek land. They are naturally smoked in beech wood.


Mykonos Pork Sausage
Mykonos sausages are among the tastiest in the Aegean and are considered an exquisite appetizer for ouzo. To prepare them, in addition to pork, you need thyme, allspice, salt, oregano, pepper and plenty of Mykonian boriadaki.


Maniatiko Sausage with Orange
