1922. A year full of a path paved by persecutions, uprootings and historical events. A year that for the Kurunlian family would determine the future for the generations that would succeed them until today.

It all started with the passion, passion and art of Miran Kurunlian, the founder and initiator of our business.

Originating from Caesarea in Cappadocia.

The wandering since 1915 with the Armenian genocide, in Constantinople and from there to Chios, Piraeus and Old Kokkinia. Where grandfather Miran tackled the art he knew more than anything else: making pasturma and suzuki with all his mastery and all the secrets that, as it turned out, made people prefer them.

With respect to our history and tradition, we continue to this day to make the traditional Miran pastourma with the same secret recipe of grandfather Miran... We follow the same process but with modern production methods that ensure the quality and safety of our products. .. Try the classic veal pastourma but also the unique from buffalo meat, fro mutton meat and from camel meat!!!

The traditional "Armenian" soutzouki MIRAN is an airy product with a rather soft texture, made from fine beef meat. It is moderately burnt and can be eaten raw as well as cooked. Combine it with eggs and melting Greek cheeses, such as "kaseri" cheese, for a classically oriental saganaki. Contains salt, black pepper, cumin and extra spices.

You will also find our traditional hot "Kesarias" soutzouki which is an air product and is made from excellent beef. It's very hot. Contains salt, very hot red pepper, cumin and extra spices.

Traditional Miran beef sausages are the newest products added to our traditional range of products. They are made from fine beef and, together with herbs and spices, they mature in a natural way to bring out their special taste and aroma at the end!!! You will find them in 3 different flavors, oregano with wild oregano from Agrafa mountain, spicy with fine red pepper and nature salt from Mesologi, stuffed with Syros cheese "San Michalis"...
