 Handmade Sausage with Paprika from Evrytania. The Village Sausage with paprika is made from selected fresh meat in an excellent meat-to-fat ratio. The processing is done according to the traditional way of Evrytania with the addition of paprika and other spices. Special pork intestines are used, which allow for the natural maturation process. The drying of the product is done slowly in special rooms, without any heat treatment whatsoever.
