Product description:
 We select the best quality mushrooms and immediately after harvesting, we sort, clean and dry them, using the most environmentally friendly technology: our sun. After staying in the solar dryer, they are placed in the thermal dryer where at a temperature of 60oC the final product is pasteurized.
