100 years tradition.
1922. A year full of a path paved by persecutions, uprootings and historical events. A year that for the Kurunlian family would determine the future for the generations that would succeed them until today.
It all started with the passion, passion and art of Miran Kurunlian, the founder and initiator of our business.
Originating from Caesarea in Cappadocia.
The wandering since 1915 with the Armenian genocide, in Constantinople and from there to Chios, Piraeus and Old Kokkinia. Where grandfather Miran tackled the art he knew more than anything else: making pasturma and suzuki with all his mastery and all the secrets that, as it turned out, made people prefer them.

We follow the same process but with modern production methods that ensure the quality and safety of our products. ..
