The authentic American recipe with the special smoked cheddar with paprika, Miran's choice!!!

materials
250 g short pasta
200 g smoked cheddar cheese with paprika (grated)
40 g fresh butter
40 g corn flour
400 g fresh milk
pepper
salt
Preparation
Boil the pasta and drain well.
In a saucepan, add the butter and milk and let it warm up a little.
Add the corn flour and stir with a wire whisk over low heat.
Add a little salt and pepper and stir until the mixture thickens.
Add the pasta and stir.
Add the smoked cheddar cheese with the paprika (reserve a little for baking)
Mix well and place the mixture in a baking pan.
Add the remaining smoked cheddar cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
