About the recipe

A recipe that uniquely combines ingredients... with the Miran pasturma making the difference!!

materials

  • 1 package of tart dough

  • Classic pasturmas Miran

  • Gruyere with oregano Miran selection

  • Olive oil with white truffle aroma

  • Mixture - Ceramic Grinder Lemon Turmeric

  • Spinach leaves (or Swiss chard or any vegetable of your choice)

  • Fresh spring onion

  • Fresh mint

  • 1 egg



Preparation

  1. Bake the tart according to the package instructions.

  2. In a pan with a little olive oil, sauté the spring onions along with the chopped spinach leaves.

  3. In a bowl, add the spinach and spring onions and let cool.

  4. Pour the grated gruyere cheese with oregano, the mint, the finely chopped pasturma, the turmeric and lemon mixture, the white truffle-flavored olive oil and the egg into the bowl.

  5. Mix well and place the mixture on the tart.

  6. Bake over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
