A recipe that uniquely combines ingredients... with the Miran pasturma making the difference!!

materials
1 package of tart dough
Classic pasturmas Miran
Gruyere with oregano Miran selection
Olive oil with white truffle aroma
Mixture - Ceramic Grinder Lemon Turmeric
Spinach leaves (or Swiss chard or any vegetable of your choice)
Fresh spring onion
Fresh mint
1 egg
Preparation
Bake the tart according to the package instructions.
In a pan with a little olive oil, sauté the spring onions along with the chopped spinach leaves.
In a bowl, add the spinach and spring onions and let cool.
Pour the grated gruyere cheese with oregano, the mint, the finely chopped pasturma, the turmeric and lemon mixture, the white truffle-flavored olive oil and the egg into the bowl.
Mix well and place the mixture on the tart.
Bake over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
