About the recipe

An easy and quick recipe with the unique Miran sausage making the difference

materials

  • 1 package of traditional Miran oregano sausage

  • 2 eggs

  • Chutney Onion Porn Sauce

  • Black Truffle Flavored Olive Oil

  • 2 large onions

  • 1kg Smoked Paprika selection Miran

  • Spicy Mixture in a grinder Miran selection

  • freshly chopped spring onion

  • 1 small glass of ouzo

Preparation

  1. In a large, deep frying pan, sauté the onion, with a little truffle oil, in large rings. Add the smoked paprika, cover with a lid and leave for about 20 minutes until the onions caramelize over low heat.

  2. Open the lid and add the sliced Miran beef sausages. Sauté over high heat and once the sausages are golden brown, deglaze with the ouzo.

  3. Let the alcohol evaporate and add a tablespoon of Chutney Onion Porn sauce and mix well. Close the lid and leave it on the heat for another 10 minutes.

  4. We fry our eggs until soft-boiled and place them on the pan with the onions and Miran beef sausages.

  5. Serve with a little grated Miran spicy selection mix, some chopped spring onion and a few drops of olive oil with truffle oil.
