A special pasta dish with a Mediterranean aroma and odorless Miran pastourma that makes a difference!

materials
200g. Miran Odorless Pastourma
1 Package of Handmade Tagliatelle With Black Truffle
Black Truffle Slices In Olive Oil
Kalamata olives Miran selection
2 tbsp olive oil
50g butter
Herbs - Ceramic Garlic Basil Mill
Grated Gruyere of Mytilene PDO
Preparation
In a deep pan, sauté the olive slices with oil from the jar of black truffle.
Add the black truffle and a little of the basil and garlic mixture.
Finally, add the odorless Miran pasturma and sauté over low heat.
Add the butter.
We pour the pasta directly from the pot where it was boiled with a fork and add a little of its water.
Mix well and add grated cheese, Mytilene gruyere.
Mix well and serve with a little more oil from the truffle jar and a little more basil and garlic mixture.
