The ultimate snack is here.... the unique flavor of smoked cheddar combines perfectly with Miran pastourma!!

materials
150 g Smoked Cheddar cheese with paprika, Miran's choice (sliced or grated)
100 g. Miran Pastourma, thinly sliced
8 large slices of bread (bread mold)
2 fresh eggs
60 g fresh butter
30 ml fresh milk
Preparation
Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk.
Dip the bread slices on both sides and let them drain on a plate that we put in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
In a frying pan, add a little butter for every 2 slices of bread and toast the bread on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
Remove the slices from the pan and place the smoked cheddar cheese and the pasturma between them.
Cook in the pan on both sides until the cheese melts.
We repeat the process for all the toasts.
