Mykonos graviera.
Mykonos Graviera is a hard cheese made mainly from cow's milk, which comes only from animals raised on the island. It goes wonderfully with all the recipes of Aegean cuisine. It is a yellowish cheese with a mild taste but intense aromas and with a special gastronomic value.
